Alan is a Spanish-American accredited reporter and photojournalist based in Madrid. He previously lived in Oregon, U.S.A, where he covered politics and policy for several award-winning outlets. Now, back in Spain, he balances freelance work with managing a hyperlocal newspaper in his home neighborhood of Barajas and completing a legal education to better guide his journalism.

He is available for hire as a reporter and photographer anywhere in Spain, and is open to traveling abroad for work.
